Pros

WFM and ability to work more hours

Cons

micromanaging, changing protocols weekly sometimes daily and as you adapt, if you get it wrong, you will be at fault. Mgt takes a hierarchy-dictating style of management and they are not open to feedback. They manage through fear, writing you up and do not seeking to understand but are quick to conclude. Your schedule and coaching will be micromanaged. They ask you to wear all the hats to support the organization: marketer, admin, advocate, etc instead of hiring the correct individuals and then they essentially try to turn you into a bot. If you are interested in mostly pacifying people and disempowering them to advocate strongly more so for medications then helping them see they have the potential to succeed through tools and understanding themselves, then you may enjoy this 'job.'

Pros

Calls are easy enough and the inbound volume is never that crazy. Fellow care coordinators and team leads are extremely kind and helpful. Working from home is a plus!

Cons

You will be paid in essentially pennies. If you are looking for a job that will afford you to live, it is not this one. The company also picks clear favoritism - only certain care coordinators were appreciated during our entire departments appreciation week. Nothing for the other 75% of us! Management is unorganized and unprofessional in many aspects You will be expected to work like a robot, Cecelia Health does not accept that like any job on earth this one will have down time.
