Pros

Calls are easy enough and the inbound volume is never that crazy. Fellow care coordinators and team leads are extremely kind and helpful. Working from home is a plus!

Cons

You will be paid in essentially pennies. If you are looking for a job that will afford you to live, it is not this one. The company also picks clear favoritism - only certain care coordinators were appreciated during our entire departments appreciation week. Nothing for the other 75% of us! Management is unorganized and unprofessional in many aspects You will be expected to work like a robot, Cecelia Health does not accept that like any job on earth this one will have down time.

Pros

remote work, set your own hours, good management

Cons

Every interaction is recorded and monitored -not new, but now by AI that actually critiques how you did - from what you said to what you wore to how you responded to the patient. Were you sympathetic enough? It marks if you miss even one thing - which is understandable if the one thing you missed was letting the patient know the call is recorded vs say if you didn't thank them for their time in the way the AI thinks you should have done it. It's very much "big brother" and I do worry about when they will start to use that information against us. Scripts can be too limiting. Must work an evening a week/ 1 Saturday/ month - not the worst but I'd definitely move jobs if the opportunity to only work weekdays came up.
