can get a high gross deal on some vehicles

pay plan is weak, 50 mini , lower than avg. % scale unless you sell 10 cars. many new car deals are minis, do the math , bonus level at 9+ units,but the mgt loads the sales floor up w/ salespeople to make that number difficult to achieve, tons of nepotism/ favoritism that robs opportunities from other salespeople
