Pros
Very good manager at the time of employment who was very competent in what he was doing. They have been providing training courses and ability to travel to other offices in different countries
Cons
Can not really say many negative things. They have been investing a lot of money in developing system and processes to make work more less difficult which was previously difficult when working with different systems
