Used to be a good company that used to focus on its people as well as doing good
Cons
Leadership change a couple of years back and overall organization is in a disarray. Multiple reorganizations, massive lay-offs (right before Christmas after a 6 month lull post announcement) and lack of transparency have become a norm. 3 months after announcing lay-offs the organization has shared plans of hiring again!
