Pros
Job security is pretty good and will take a long term view which is an advantage. Wichita is a decent town to live in.
Cons
Not alot of advancement opportunity because the average age is pretty young. The selection of those for advancement are a joke. Nothing but politics and being so worried about diversity that its almost reverse discrimination.
