      Good benefits, strong brand, long history,

      Cons

      Open office space is hated, talent is not respected. Top Management has no empathy. Turns out open space drove people to telework.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
