Pros
i worked at cargill several years. when times were good, they were all happy and supportive. when the market hit them hard, everyone was just out to cover themselves best they could owns alot of stuff around the world
Cons
i think the future for privately held companies like cargill is not looking good i don't see them growing much, just the basic good old commodity type stuff
