Good shift pattern, good pay, your plant is your responsibility which is good that you’re trusted within your role
Cons
Sometimes new equipment can take a while to be ordered, sometimes don’t listen to the operators who run the job day in day out. This leaves input from people who don’t understand the job fully and can create issues. Apart from that it is a good place to work.
