After 8 years with this company I have watched it tear itself apart from the inside out. Upper management is only interested in what is good for them, NOT what is good for the company. There is little concern for real quality in the products and zero concern for employees. Employees are all expendable in the eyes of upper management regardless of how much is really required to replace the knowledge. The only concern is fooling the customers into believing that we care about them. It has the workings of a "fly-by-night" company that managed to stick around a bit longer than the norm and strong marketing is the only reason for this. The end however, is inevitable and coming soon. Questionable job market is the only reason there is any retention at the moment. It is ashame, but typical, that the destroyers will exit wealthy and leave the rest of us to pick up the pieces. Very top heavy.
