Spent most of my career at CareFirst during changes in technology and leadership and always felt part of a larger purpose and team. I felt proud to be an employee of CareFirst.
Cons
While the company does a lot of positive things for the community, they need to focus on more recognition and higher pay for customer service reps and less on executive perks.
