Pros

Benefits are awesome, work to life balance. These are the only pros I can think of unfortunately the cons out weight the pros

Cons

Supervisors are not trained and know less than the associates. Good luck getting someone to assist you because everyone is busy planning parties or eating all the time. Attendance isn't monitored, can be stressful sometimes with such a high call volume when you see others walking around avoiding calls.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
