Pros

Naturally, given the industry, you have the opportunity to help people when they most need it. There is interesting, innovative work happening in pockets throughout the organization. The number of corporate holidays is above average and PTO is generous for most positions. The organization is very big on being a part of the community it serves---lot's of emphasis on volunteer work, charitable donations, etc. Smart people sprinkled throughout the company. Longer tenured individuals very candid and willing to help newer hires navigate the organization.

Cons

Salary is well below industry standard, especially when considering geography. Benefits are shrinking YOY. Employees often serve as guinea pigs for new offerings which at times feel half-baked, resulting in frustration. PTO, while generous is difficult to actually use. Management struggles with respecting personal boundaries (i.e. calls, texts while on PTO). Many of the meaningful opportunities that arise, sputter out due to indecision by leadership and an overly complex resource approval process. Lots of politicking internally, with leaderhsip often saying one thing in public forums and doing another when not in the public eye. The sense of family that existed in 5-10 years ago is now nonexistent. Constant reorganization of divisions and teams makes it near impossible for many to drive strategic work forward.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
