Pros

You can learn the ins and outs of health insurance something you can carry with you the rest of your life. The staff is friendly

Cons

There is room for growth BUT it will take forever to move from one dept to the next there are people in the same positions for 10 and 12 years and not by choice either. Managers know nothing

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
