Benefits, and mid-level managers who actually know how to manager people for success.
Cons
Senior Managers have no concept how to manage people. They are completely self absorbed. There is no transparency with personnel and business ethics are non-existent. They bully associates and can be very demeaning. I have always learned that a manager is responsible for the actions of their subordinates. Not at CareFirst, no one in a senior management position takes responsibility for anything especially when it results from their incompetence. Result... high turnover and toxic work environment. Pathetic, may sound like a great place to work but it is not. The only "care" at "CareFirst" is how much money can they make at anyone's expense.
