      Pros

      good management. young employees so it is easy to bond with everyone.

      Cons

      commission structure. be careful when y’al reviewing commission structure. there are things they don’t tell you about during hiring process until you’re in it already. there is a catch to the offer letter (regarding commission). you’re working over full time (47.5 hrs a week) but only get paid 40 (full time).

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
