      Pros

      I work with an amazing management team and one great set manager as well as regional manager. They have a heavy workload and still find time to help with other tasks when needed that don’t pertain to their title or duties. Most helpful management I have worked with as well.

      Cons

      We become short staffed. There is a high turnover rate on freight haulers only because they come in late and call in causing suspension and eventually they quit or are fired.

      Pros

      Production work You can bank if you are a worker like I am. I’ve seen Associates come and go and write bad reviews about Capstone. They are lazy and don’t want to put a days hard work in. This job is not for everyone but if you are a hard worker there is no better place to get place to get paid for the effort you put In than Capstone Logistics Manager who cares about his Associates.

      Pros

      Capstone took a chance on me and I am very grateful to them and the Supervisor Andrew. I was offorded the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to earn as much I possibly could while working at my own pace. The job was very physically demanding which gave me the chance to get into excellent shape while earning a living. The position was truly what you made of it.

      Cons

      Everyone is not cut out for that type of work but I personally don’t have any cons, I thoroughly enjoyed working for Capstone.
