Favortism and unprofessionalism - Anonymous employee Capstone Logistics Employee Review

the management shows favortism . I am not racist but in gordons food service od plant city fl they hire lots of mexicans that does not speak english they let them do as they please also everyone that they hire they tell them that they are a lead person but doesnt pay as lead and they let all of their friends pick and choose through loads because some big loads pay the same as the small ones i have been in this building almost 2 years when ecpipes unloading service was here and the ony thing that changed when capstone came was the name of the unloading service. I will not refer anyone here
