If you enjoy being spoken to like a stupid child and treated like you know nothing, this is definitely the company for you. If you are a yes man that will tow the company line until they turn on you, this is the company for you. If you are okay with the deaths of seniors in your care referred to as "die off" as if they are crops or cattle, then this is the company for you! The mission is about people and care, however all they care about is profit. Sad that they cannot see that you can have people and profit.
