      Pros

      residents are great. baptism by fire! You learn to sink or swim completely on your own here which can help you in your next position. Other companies are eager to hire anyone fired from this company

      Cons

      You learn quickly how important it is to work in a company that actually puts residents needs above the almighty dollar. This man has had multiple staff steal from or exploit residents and he only cares whether or not the fired staff can sue him. He is arbitrary in treatment of management staff and fires long time hard working staff on whims.

      Pros

      BluGrotto and GROW are both great programs, run by wonderful individuals. They are the only saving grace of this company.

      Cons

      Jim Tarantino yells, cusses, calls people names, and throws childish fits. Not much can be expected from a company with a CEO like Jim. The executive team truly does not care about employees. Everyone is disposable and replaceable to them.

      We’re disappointed to hear about your experience. Capri recently completed it’s 2020 Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey. The overall survey rating was 4.3 out of 5.0. Our two highest ratings were an employee seeing themselves working for Capri a year from now, and referring someone else to work at Capri. Our two areas of focus for 2021 are fostering better work-life balance and increasing frequency of recognition from an employee’s manager. Capri’s motto is to “enjoy life” and that permeates from our residents to our employees.

      I enjoyed working with a few people there.

      Cons

      I worked there for a several years and my advice would simply be not to work at Capri. Poor culture and work environment. Positive reviews solicited by HR/management and many occurred within 2 week period.
