Pros

Health Insurance is recession resistant to an extent. Even in a down economy there are few layoffs.

Cons

The management was horrible. The CEO 'resigned' under pressure so perhaps it will get better. The company was ran by two women, a CEO and SVP. The CEO demanded all of the SVP's time. Meeting held by the SVP were interupted by the CEO. So, here set 20+ people earning over 100,000+ a year waited. At one point in time almost all of the executive staff quit over the CEO's actions. But the best part were the consultants. At one point there were over 200 consultants from a leading firm work at Capital. It was a mess.

Pros

Family-Life Balance Salary Remote- Hybrid Great leadership Transparency from leaders

Cons

Our team is operating with significantly fewer staff than our workload requires, and while we are committed to delivering high-quality work, the current pace and volume are not sustainable long term. To maintain the level of excellence expected of us—and to prevent burnout that could compromise both productivity and staff well-being—we need additional personnel support. Expanding our team will ensure continuity, improve capacity, and allow us to meet organizational goals without compromising the health and effectiveness of the people doing the work.
