- The people you'll work with are incredibly talented and great team players - Unlimited PTO that you're actually allowed to use - Large tech stack that is great for learning - Starting salary is fair, but may stagnate
Cons
- Culture claims don't reach globally, if not in India office, culture is self-led and largely unsupported - North American teams seem to be treated as cash cows with little investment - Org changes are communicated poorly with most info about change coming through the rumor mill. All hands meetings are spent going over spreadsheet type statistics - Over reliance on NPS as a success metric. Quarterly client surveys despite client complaints about frequency - Career growth is self-led
