Company reputation can't mask poor employee treatment

There is nothing but just the company reputation, There are multiple cons - 1. No HRBP interaction in my 4 year tenure. 2. They dont offer or even care to reply to open roles for internal movements so 0 career growth can be expected. 3. There is no skip-level manager calls to address the issue of career growth. 4. Nobody cares about what you do or how you do. They just want the job to be done but the compensation is only paid for the leadership or the people who are nice to this. 5. There is no compensation revision happened for me in first 3 years, they did play a game where you are hired after the year started, consecutively the next year there is no hike, Then 1.5% hike saying you somehow meet expectation and there is no value of the earlier 2 years of the job being done or contribution made here. Dont join for pay, just join if you want to tell people you are working in a listed company that doesnt treat employee well.
