Good team ensures work-life balance, but limited growth - Manager Capgemini Invent Employee Review

Everything is team dependent — pay, growth, work life balance, professionalism, type of projects, etc. I had a good team, so the WLB was good, but I personally found growth opportunities a bit challenging here. If you are early in your career, I’d recommend starting with more aggressive firms first to accelerate your CTC growth, and then transitioning here later ( if you need stability) , since YoY CTC hikes here tend to be in the lower single-digit (%) range.
