      Good team ensures work-life balance, but limited growth

      Everything is team-dependent. I had a good team, so the work-life balance was good

      Everything is team dependent — pay, growth, work life balance, professionalism, type of projects, etc. I had a good team, so the WLB was good, but I personally found growth opportunities a bit challenging here. If you are early in your career, I’d recommend starting with more aggressive firms first to accelerate your CTC growth, and then transitioning here later ( if you need stability) , since YoY CTC hikes here tend to be in the lower single-digit (%) range.

      Missions peu diversifées

      Locaux agréables, restaurant entreprise de qualité. Semaine d'intégration bien organisée. Bien si on aime faire du déploiement de solutions numériques. Accessible en tram/RER.

      Cons

      Grosse majorité de missions pour le groupe Capgemini. Quand les missions ne sont pas pour le groupe, c'est presque exclusivement du déploiement de solution numérique, étude de transformation digitales. Les missions dites stratégiques (roll out, economic study, etc) sont très superficielles et uniquement du complément aux missions de transfo. Les missions de stratégie pure ne sont pas attribuée à Capgemini, c'est pas son postionnement. Faut aimer la conduite du changement. Idem sur la partie développement durable, c'est de la communication. Évolution basée sur du copinage plutôt que de réelles compétences. Des top profils qui ne restent pas, donc ça ne donne pas envie de rester. Et ceux qui restent, ne sont pas les profils les plus inspirants.
