- not a process oriented company - too much dependent on only one client for projects - forget promotion after joining - forget hikes after joining and even if you get, expect only in peanuts - only sycophant's to upper management/supervisor will get promotion - rewards and recognition are only to specific set of employees and they will not consider old timers or who does really good at job
