Thank you for your positive comments on our pay, culture and people. We believe that Capco provides a differentiated experience for our employees in each of these areas.
With regard to your comments about transparency and our promotion of a meritocracy, we host regular communication sessions with senior leaders and encourage all of our leaders to be accessible, open and transparent. We also ensure that all performance and promotion decisions are discussed and agreed with a range of stakeholders at roundtables and with an opportunity for individuals to raise any concerns about the process (that is rarely used).
We do expect people to contribute to the firm outside the strict confines of their day jobs. It gives people the chance to develop a broader range of skills including some people leadership capabilities, recruitment and training skills that may help accelerate progression.
