We are very disappointed to hear your review and in particular, your comments around discriminatory practices. Discrimination in any form is not tolerated at Capco and we have robust processes and policies in place. Without further details surrounding your comments, it's difficult to respond to this. However, we would suggest that if you have any concerns in this regard, that you reach out to our Global HR Director, Richard Gartside.
As you mention in your review, Capco does offer market-leading benefits and promotes a variety of training opportunities for employees. There are lots of channels in place for employees to voice their concerns - we have just run a global employee survey and have a variety of local channels for employees to engage with including Town Halls, coaching family off-sites, drop boxes and HR 1:1's.
