      Top respected humanitarian organization in the world.

      Cons

      The pay isn't as good as the private sector but that is the same with any humanitarian organization. There is not a lot of job security, even with permanent positions.

      - Collaboration and learning environment. - Good salary

      Cons

      Deployments can be long. If you have small children it is difficult to maintain a good work/ life balance.
