Phone Screening 15–20 mins after apply the position and register an account and finish some steps.
There was a friendly agent from Ontario, ask your availability, previous volunteer activities, and related customer service experience. Behaviour questions like how do you deal with difficult people and situations. The process might take few weeks, you can accelerate by contact HELP coordinator, even better if you can go to the red cross depot in person.
