This is a Call center, which I wish I would’ve caught on earlier. It is a High stress environment where employees are micromanaged, screens, teams discussions and hold time on calls recorded. Clients are toxic and disrespectful. Support is at a minimum but they expect 100% on stats. They will constantly make you believe that a better job opening is awaiting for you but multiple years later and after applying to a large number of positions within the company nothing ever panned out. They will keep you in the call center and make you believe its just the entry job. Team leaders are pressured to always push their agents, within my time i’ve seen a worrying amount of disability leaves. This is a job that will cost you mentally. Schedule changes from one week to another making it hard to build a routine around work.
