Dedicated coworkers, free parking, onsite physicians and security, clean facility
Cons
Nursing administration or HR do not protect nurses. It is a nonunion job hence why middle management is able to get away with a lot of nonsense; especially false accusations. Immature managers who have poor attitudes. No upward mobility. Bedside nurses are seen as workhorses with little compassion towards the frontline.
