5yHello and thank you for your honest feedback. During these uncertain times, it has been particularly challenging to match our resourcing levels to expected workloads on our Service Desk. We have now taken steps to address these issues so I hope you are seeing an improvement, but please let me know if you have any further concerns. We have also completed salary reviews in the last couple of weeks, so you should have had the opportunity to discuss this with your line manager. Again, if you have further concerns, please raise with myself or your manager. On a positive note, I am pleased to see that you enjoy the office space we provide, and the company of your teammates. We are committed to making CTS a great place to work, and appreciate your efforts in helping us to achieve this.
