Pros

Nothing good to say, if you are joining here do it at your risk.

Cons

A lot of things can be said here. 1) Management is clueless and Incompetent, always playing blame game on eachothers head. 2) No training provided, you are on own from the start. Good Luck 3) Team Manager does not any idea how to manage a team. just good at stealing ideas to get promotion and recognition. 4) Clients are not happy and most of them leaving. No new clients are comming in. so your job will be at constant risk of getting sacked. other things to say aswell but hey they dont care what happens to their employee. so its just best to stay away from them.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that your experience here at CTS was not a pleasant one. We have invested heavily in our learning and development platform, which does include line management skills to ensure all of our staff have regular 1-2-1s and can develop a career path.

Pros

None, The servicedesk teams are over worked, underpaid and morale is at an all time low across the organisation which CTS are struggling to pull back. This is getting progressively worse across the newly acquired Sprout and CBS and remains the norm in the CTS northern offices. There are a few good engineers and hardworkers in the business but these are few and far between and most probably will be looking for ways out of the business.

Cons

Too many to list, too many managers micro managing employees, 2 faced people as heads of department, strong focus on revenue at the expense of client satisfaction, no wage increases, no training provided. Lots of 2 faced people and a toxic workplace environment across the business. All this while on company meetings on Teams the board act like a lads club slapping each others backs telling the entire organisation about how well they and the business are doing but at the same time not uplifting peoples salaries. The CTO is arrogant and aggressive, doesn't care about the technical staff and seems to have certain individuals held in high regard to which rewards are great, for the rest of the plebs rewards are none existent. Overall CTS is a toxic workplace on a downward spiral which they will never recover from and general employee wellbeing across all 3 businesses is at rock bottom. If shooting for the top 100 worst companies they are almost there but they will never get on the top 100 best list despite the knee jerk efforts they keep trying to attempt which in most instances is very cringe.

Shambles of a company with no morals

Pros

None - I have to find 5 words, unfortunatly there isnt anything positive to write about this company. Before the Private investment , we were like a family and a strong team. Since the investment, the company is now full of power blood sucking upper managment. Morale is at an all time low. Dont be sucked into the lies about it being a company who care about there employees. Converge DO NOT and will NOT care..........

Cons

No flexiable working (God forbid if you need to take a docs appointment) No respect to members of staff (old or new) Over priced solutions with finger in the air pricing depending on how the sales team or account manager think they can get away with. Waited years for change to happen. Since the new CTO, things have now become worse! If you leave, and have outstanding expenses, dont expect them to pay out. Internal management will reject them, without explaination. (Small claims court will be the only way!) If you dont require a work life balance, and you dont feel the need need feel appreciated in your job, CTS is for you!

Hello, I’m disappointed to read your review although I appreciate the time taken to provide feedback. As a fast-growing company that is now private equity backed, we have made a number of changes to prepare for future growth over the last 12 months. I admit that we don’t always get it right, but I do believe that we always strive to make decisions that are in the interests of our staff. I am concerned that you say CTS does not care. We have recently introduced a number of new employee benefits and initiatives to improve communication and gather feedback, but perhaps we should look to introduce satisfaction measures to ensure we’re making positive changes across the business. This is something we will look into. Finally, there are a couple of points within your review that I wish to address. Firstly, I want to be clear that we do not restrict the ability to attend medical appointments, and secondly, expenses are paid in line with our company policy. If you believe that you have not received an amount owed, I encourage you to get in touch so this can be rectified. - Response posted on behalf of Nigel Wright, CEO
