Management is more interested in arbitrary performance markers than actually accomplishing projects Rampant nepotism, people hire and promote their own children/nieces/nephews Inconsistent safety standards, you'll be written up for handling an unapproved box cutter yet the company will bury forklift incidents to make themselves look better Policies and procedures are only utilized when they hurt the employee, managers will reject vacation requests for no reason, holiday pay will be denied because they don't like you and dress codes are only enforced on certain people Won't listen to feedback, any comments or complaints from employees are responded to with "we're right and you're wrong, get back to work"
