Former Manager - Manager CTDI Employee Review

Toxic culture, toxic leadership. Leadership has proven time and time again they do not care about their employees, their personal life, their family, nor their own feelings/issues. All they care about is the bottom line and maximizing their profit. They don't like new leadership trying to change the culture, they yell at other managers and threaten their employees which is direct correlation to their high turnover rates and low retention rates. Any leadership reading this wanting to apply and would stay away, I lasted 2 years and that was a miracle. Apply anywhere else but here.
