Operations Supervisor - Operations Supervisor CTDI Employee Review

The facility that I worked at was a total chaos. Leadership was changed 3 times in the 4 months I worked there. There is no clear directive from the leadership. The directives changes each day which causes mass confusion within the facility. There are too many different managers giving different instructions or directives at the same time which also cause confusion. Their is no type of training provided to leadership when they start. Its a sink or swim type of atmosphere.
