      Pros

      If you are full time, they will make you quit but wont fire you or lay you off. if you can swallow your pride and do what management tells you and do labor work even if you are an engineer then you can work for this company for years.

      No Supervision, Poor management Very bad on safety

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
