We're trying to ensure that our ATS is world class to keep up with our applicant volume and hiring demands. We'll get better!

Cons
- Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours)
- KPIs can be too demanding
- Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
