      Pros

      Payment is good if you live in a third world country, far as i know the US team is on average, can't say for sure. You learn a lot and gatter outstanding experience.

      Cons

      Time tracker is stupid, the owners said it's because otherwise people would "steal company time" or they will have too mjch bureocracy, ironically enough, people steal even more time by pretending to be doing something and the bureocracy there is bonkers, seriusly, i had more freedom at presential jobs than working home office to Coalition. Not a company you would want to stay forever.

      I don't believe this is a real review, so won't bother responding. We do not have an Analyst position, and it largely regurgitates from other reviews, with lots of typos and grammatical mistakes (something we wouldn't see from an actual team member). Unfortunately, Glassdoor has a weak system of verifying reviews so things like this can be allowed to exist.

      Pros

      - Good pay - Team is great - Excellent organization

      Cons

      - Time tracking software is very invasive (screenshots every 5 to 10 min, mouse and keyboard tracking, camera must always be on while on work hours) - KPIs can be too demanding - Workload can be too heavy (I was managing around 15 accounts at one point)
