Pros
This is a company that truly values their employees and creates an awesome work and home life balance. Working for an alternate plasma company before coming on board to CSL, you realize how awesome a company really can be, and how you're really suppose to be appreciated when you do your job, which pushes you to go the extra mile, and going above and beyond.
Cons
As with any company their are cons; however with CSL the few very cons that you may come across, are always turned into pro once the positive side is revealed.
