Email sent with times to schedule an interview. Then a phone screening was conducted and then you schedule the interview person interview. All fairly straightforward. Just note you are more than likely going to train for other roles to adjust for staffing changes.

Very easy going. I applied online and they reached out for a phone interview the next day. Mostly concerned with open availability and customer service and clinical experience. Ask situational questions.
