Easy to move up in the company, you get to meet new people, nice coworkers, benefits

Low pay, being crossed trained in different areas with no pay raise, not getting full 40 hours, closing down reception area down n being forced to stock the donor floor when the donor floor staff could have did it before they sent there people home, not scheduling enough closing shift coworkers, unorganized, people quitting left and right
