Genuine focus and desire from the top (Directors) about providing the best care we can for patients and families
It's been a challenging year but we have brought new people into senior posts who I've already seen are bringing in good changes
We're employee owned so the culture aims to give us a greater voice and say about things than in other employers. Our employee council (The Voice) is active and does a good job at representing employeees' views to the Directors and Board
Cons
We've doubled in size between 2017 and 2018, and it's taken a while for our structures, processes and governance to catch up, but things are starting to fall into place now.
