      Opportunity to learn new skills There are opportunities for long term employment

      Cons

      After Jo left organisation, new CEO Stephen, plunged organisation into turmoil - low staff morale and staff leaving HR Department do not satisfactorily deal with complaints about bullying, in that, there is no response or feedback, so staff feel isolated large divide between management and staff Low salaries for admin employees, not much room for progression

      Pros

      The staff are mostly genuinely excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Low pay considering location. Lack of competent management in therapies. Co-ownership means nothing to the front line. Staff do not feel valued. Poor morale. Never feel listened to... Even with the voice.
