The biggest pro is the people! We are like one big crazy, happy family where colleagues are actually become friends. In the Australian office, training is done on a team by team basis and while this is helpful, there is no centralised training like there is in the UK office. I feel it would be an advantage if the UK training model could be adapted to Australian office.
