Pros
Very nice colleagues. contributing in many domains to the community. Advanced in precision manufacturing. Interdisciplinary environment, excellent to learn about other domains.
Cons
Policy not clear (in line with public claims). Managers not competent in planning and coordinating long-term plans. Workload and work-type dose not meet the role and compensation. People are hired based on title and not competences (mostly for project acquisitions).
