Premier entretien avec le chef de division qui était très froid. Difficile de discuter en étant à l’aise. Il important que le candidat puisse se sentir à l’aise dès les premiers échanges. Malgré qu’il soit très compétent techniquement, il est difficile pour lui de se projeter dans une carrière à l’endroit où il postule si il voit déjà qu’avec son manager la communication saine sera déjà compliqué.
