Pros

Coworkers, customer service to members, free aaa membership. That's all folks...

Cons

Management is absolutely terrible. Even the few deserving leaders left are questioning each promotion and decision this company makes. There is not an ounce of value for the front line staff. The centers all hate each other and no one cares to try to mend that relationship. Many of the managers should be cast in "mean girls" as its just a popularity contest and the favorites are the only ones that go anywhere- with terrible performance. The expectation of each employee in the building is ridiculous. They expect you to do 3 full time positions in an 8 hour day with no overtime. I know insurance industry in itself is stressful but it makes it 100X worse when you have management who is so caught up in the politics, gossiping, two faced schemes. They have no respect for anyone. They don't give a crap if you have been there 5 mins or 5 years, they do not care. The benefits are the worst I have seen in the industry, and they won't take any accountability they just blame the govt when it's them that chooses to have these ridiculously expensive and crappy covg plans. The flexibility is none. You are allowed 40 hours of unexcused pto inn 365 days. Regardless if one illness takes up those 40 hours at once. If you have kids, may as well figure out how to get fmla bc you will lose your job. Some departments limit the "flex time" to 4 hours a quarter, good luck with that, you may have more flexibility working at McDonald's. It's a company designed for career minded people, but they want to treat you like a entry level job market 15 year old employee. A little flexibility, Better health insurance, respect, appreciation goes a long way. I had planned on spending my career at aaa and the last couple years proved to me I couldn't stand another second there trying to make a difference and no one cared. Oh and don't be honest on your employee engagement survey bc they will some how relate whatever negative answers you have on someone they don't like and hold it against them. They really honestly do not care which is ironic when they want and expect us to care for the members - as they should, but they won't do anything in return. They have a party every once in a while and go through the motions like they are trying to build morale. But it's just an act to pretend they are making a difference. I had the Chance to go work with a. New company and I could not be more happy. I absolutely 100% made the right decision.

Pros

I am grateful for the resources and vendor relationships that Mobilitas provides. They help me work faster and more efficiently as a Commercial Casualty Adjuster. I also appreciate that the company supports the use of AI, which helps make our work easier and more efficient.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement have become more limited over the past year. It feels like there is not a clear or effective path to move into leadership. The current leadership programs do not feel very helpful or are not geared toward claims roles. It can also feel like staying in the same position for a long time before being seriously considered for promotion.
