Pros

Very laid back environment, this can be both a pro and a con, depending on your perspective. There are times it makes it nice to work here, but be prepared to have every project you work on fail, and be prepared to work with grossly incompetent people who will never get reprimanded or fired. In fact they will get raises and promotions at the same rate as everyone else based solely on tenure.

Cons

Company is slowly going under. Large companies don't go bankrupt overnight, it is a long, slow, painful process. The company has not kept up with the times. No internet capabilities, no mobile capabilities, no new strategies, no national ad campaign, billing an payments is a mess, telephony is a mess, product management has no vision, no use of algorithms or analytics, basic reporting and metric tracking is a huge mess. This company is being run like a regional insurance company from the 90's.

Pros

There really is none other then you get mediocre benefits and a paycheck. The coworkers are pleasant, but often depressed due to the oppressive force of the company to make money and cut expenses at any cost.

Cons

The list of cons is limitless. I highly suspect this company is padding their reviews to gain appearance as a credible employer. They are notorious for unethical behaviors towards employees including not paying overtime. They encourage people to work off the clock and tell them if they put the time down they will be written up. When you complain, they have no less then two attorneys bully people. In addition, everything you say to the Human Resources Department gets repeated verbatim to the person you are accusing of unethical behavior which rapidly escalates the issue. I highly suspect much like Wells Fargo, this company will someday find themselves in a similar situation. You can bully people, but sooner or later will get caught up in a wave of lawsuits and I for one will gladly join in.
